On 18/6/26 14 members of Maghull Youth Council
(MYC) met at Deyes High school to discuss
matters on the agenda. Amongst other items
they chose the brand new logo for Maghull Youth
Council, considered options for developing a
youth club working with MTC and to begin asking
what can be done to encourage people to use
our parks. They also discussed how they could
approach Sefton MBC about making approaches
to schools safer for everyone who has to make
their way through busy traffic.
MYC leader George Kenworthy will be arranging
a meeting with both Maghull Town Council and
Sefton Council to pursue these important issues
and to make sure the voice of young people in
Maghull is heard by those with the ability to
make a difference.
