Maghull Town Council’s Youth Plan 2026 represents a massive,
multi-year investment into local teenagers and children. Driven by
the Council's Community Services team and local Councillors, the
plan is set to open a dedicated youth club, scale up regional sports
leagues, and empower local student leadership.
