A key theme throughout the
session was that confidence
does not equal aggression, and
that true strength comes from
respect, discipline and selfcontrol.
The session focused on
confidence, resilience,
emotional regulation and
discipline, using the athletes’
personal experiences and
practical activities to challenge
misconceptions around combat
sports and promote positive
mindset strategies.
