Civic Awards 2025
Celebrating our Community at Maghull Civic Awards 2025
The Civic Awards were postponed due to the fire at the Town Hall, the
event was rescheduled in November. It was a special evening hosted by
new Mayor of Maghull, Cllr Ross Ferguson to recognise the contribution
made by individuals and groups to the community of Maghull in 2024. It
was held at the newly refurbished The Venue, St Georges Maghull.
The nominees and their families, friends and supporters enjoyed an
evening with food and entertainment. It was fantastic to hear all about
the nominees and their impact on the community of Maghull. A new
Sports award was introduced this year and recognised the incredible
contribution of Ron Young at Maghull Football club.
Maghull you have made us proud once again!
